H3412 VGA+HDMI HD encoder is a professional audio and video encoding product,which supports 1U 1channel HDMI/VGA/AV/YPBPR with the audio and video capture function, Dual-stream H.264 encoded format, audio MP3/AAC/G711 formats. The code rate is adjustable, and the picture quality can be controlled. The device supports HTTP / RTSP / RTP / RTMP / UDP/ONVIF/ HLS transport protocols.
It is easy to install, plug-play, no need to disassemble the machines, and there is no computer hardware compatibility issues.
